Coating Plant INTERNAL
In the beginning of 2015, the internal coating factory was added to the collection of coating factories in order to complete the portfolio of coating products.
Lining is applied in three parts, one-component liquid epoxy with solvent and two-component liquid epoxy without solvent and polyurethane (PU) by hot spraying of a paint nozzle made by Wiwa, Germany, without air at a pressure of 200 bar.
One-part epoxy coating with solvent and two-part without solvent for the transmission of sour gas, oil, petrochemicals and water facilitates the fluid flow and the life of the lines and reduces the failure of pressure boosting stations, its repairs and costs (Flow Coat) and also On top of the advantages mentioned in the two-component coating (Flow Coat and anti-corrosion), it also reduces corrosion costs.
Continuous coating processes are as follows:
1- Pipe heating station
2- Blast station (cleaning and roughening) number (1)
3- Blast station (cleaning and roughening) number (2)
4- Station for discharge of shot grit and gluing and inspection inside the pipe
5- Color application station inside the tube
6- Temporary pipe turning station from 5 to 10 minutes
7- Pipe drying hall (Curing)
